IN THIS LESSON

If you feel like you're eating less than ever but still gaining weight, you're not imagining it—and you're definitely not alone.

As women move through their 30s, 40s, and beyond, changes in hormones, muscle mass, sleep, stress, and daily activity can all influence how the body uses and stores energy. Eating less isn't always the answer. In fact, chronic dieting can sometimes make it harder to build muscle, maintain energy, and stay consistent with healthy habits.

Instead of asking, "How can I eat less?" a better question is, "How can I better support my body?"

In this lesson, we'll explore why this happens and what you can do about it.
