IN THIS LESSON
How Do I Know If It's My Hormones or My Lifestyle?
It's one of the most common questions I hear—and the answer is often both.
Hormones influence your energy, sleep, hunger, mood, muscle mass, and where your body stores fat. At the same time, your daily habits—like nutrition, strength training, stress, and sleep—have a powerful impact on your hormonal health.
Rather than asking, "Is it hormones or my lifestyle?" a better question is, "How can I support my body?"
Understanding what's happening inside your body helps you stop guessing and start making decisions that actually improve your health. While some symptoms should absolutely be discussed with your healthcare provider, focusing on the fundamentals creates a strong foundation regardless of where you are in life.
