Hi, I'm Samantha.
I'm a Physician Assistant specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine, a strength coach, and a mom of three. Every day I work with patients helping them move better, recover from injuries, and build stronger bodies. But over the years I started noticing something.
So many women weren't just struggling with sore knees or aching shoulders.
They were exhausted.
Frustrated.
Confused.
They'd been told to "eat less and exercise more," yet nothing seemed to work anymore. They blamed themselves when the real problem was that no one had ever explained what was happening inside their bodies.
That's why I created Intentional Wellness.
I believe women deserve more than another diet, another meal plan, or another list of foods they're not allowed to eat.
They deserve to understand why.
Why hormones change.
Why muscle matters.
Why sleep affects hunger.
Why blood sugar influences energy.
Why strength training becomes more important—not less—as we get older.
Because when you understand your body, you stop chasing every new trend and start making decisions with confidence.
My approach combines evidence-based medicine, strength training, practical nutrition, and sustainable habit change. No shame. No perfection. No spending hours in the gym or giving up the foods you love.
My goal isn't simply to help you lose weight.
It's to help you become the kind of woman who understands her body well enough that she never has to start over again.
